CITY OF LONG BEACH GOLF POLICIES

ONLINE RESERVATIONS

All Reservations MUST BE made online by visiting LBCGolf.com

Online Reservations are available 7 days in advance at 6AM for general public and 8 days in advance at 6AM for Long Beach Resident Card holders, for more information on Long Beach Resident Cards please visit or call Recreation Park 18 Golf Course 562-494-5000 x 2.

 CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS & SHORT SHOWS:

CANCELLATIONS must be made 48 hours in advance of a scheduled tee time. Cancellations made inside the 48-hour cancellation window are subject to a ‘Cancellation’ fee of $20 per player. Reservations that check-in less than reserved number of players are subject to a ‘Short Show’ fee of $20 per player. Failure to comply with the above Cancellation Policy will result in fees being charged automatically to the credit card used to reserve this tee time. To cancel please log into LBCGolf.com and go to my reservations and click cancel online.  Reservations made OUTSIDE of LBCGolf.com will be assessed Full Reservation Amount when No Showed / Short Showed or cancelled inside 48 hours of tee time.

CART RENTAL POLICY:

Golfers must be 18 or older to rent and/or drive a golf cart and have a valid driver’s license.  Golf carts can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and a maximum of 2 golf bags.  Golfers are required to sign a Cart Rental Agreement before renting a golf cart.  Golf carts are available on a first-come first-serve basis.  Due to tournaments and/or scheduled maintenance, there may be a limited supply of golf carts.  If you are concerned about the availability of golf carts during your scheduled tee time, please get in touch with the golf course.  Golfers must operate the golf cart safely and are responsible for any damage they may cause during their round.

MINORS ON THE COURSE OR DRIVING RANGE:

To use the driving range and practice facilities at the golf course, a child must be at least 5 years old. To play or be on the golf course, a child must be at least 7 years old. All children under 10 must be under close and constant adult supervision.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

All food and beverage products must be purchased from the golf course. No outside food or beverages or coolers are allowed.

DRESS POLICY:

No cut-offs or tank tops allowed.  For specifics, please get in touch with the golf course directly.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

Emotional Support Animals or Support Animals ARE NOT Service Animals and are not allowed on the property.

Service Animals are allowed if 1. The animal is required because of a disability (we will not ask what the disability is), AND 2. The animal must perform a specific task or work due to a disability.
